The video delivers a clear, step-by-step demonstration with concise instructions and highlights key information to ensure learners can easily follow and complete the task.

Design Process
The development process began with outlining the key steps students must follow to schedule an appointment in Handshake. I then drafted a detailed script and storyboard to ensure the tutorial flowed logically and aligned with the user experience of the platform. Using Camtasia and ElevelLabs, I captured each step of the process and highlighted essential actions and interface elements.After recording, I edited the footage to create a clear and engaging instructional sequence: adding annotations, callouts, and zoom effects to emphasize important information. The final video was exported in a format suitable for embedding directly into the LMS.
